Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has publicly accused a resident in her estate of aiding her housemaid in stealing her money.
She alleges that the resident gave his access card to the housemaid, allowing her to leave with stolen items, including $10,000 in cash.
CCTV footage at the estate’s control room reportedly confirmed the resident’s involvement in the escape.
Sarah Martins is determined to hold the resident responsible for the incident and has raised concerns about his actions.
“This my estate resident used his access card to give access to my house girl who ran away this morning with my belongings along with my $10,000 cash.
We had to go to the estate control room to check the CCTV footage and that’s how we saw how he helped her escape.
The girl is nowhere to be found. Should I hold this man accountable for all the damages?
Mind you, he’s a married man, and my staff just confirmed to me that he’s been friends with my help for a long. I want to use him as a scapegoat so the next time he sees people’s house girls, he will stay away from them and focus on his wife and family”.
