DJ Cuppy, also known as Nigerian disc jockey Florence Otedola, has made it clear that she will not compromise her true self in any relationship or platform.
She has stated that she is tired of changing herself to fit into situations and will no longer do so. This declaration was shared by Cuppy on her X handle on Monday.
She wrote, “I’m not staying. In a room, a convo, a relationship, a platform, or anywhere at all that requires me to abandon my true self. I’m done with that!”
DJ Cuppy has been open about her desire to find love again and her preferences in men. Her last relationship ended in a failed engagement to British boxer Ryan Taylor, which ended in July 2023, just seven months after their unexpected engagement in November 2022.
