Deji Adeyanju, a close associate of controversial critic Verydarkman, has declared that Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB) will be taken to court following his recent arrest.
The outcry over Verydarkman’s arrest has sparked anger online, with calls for his release and allegations against GTBank.
In a new development, Deji Adeyanju has accused GTBank of mistreatment and complicity in Verydarkman’s arrest, promising legal action.
He also mentioned plans to withdraw all his funds from GTBank and close his account upon his return to Nigeria, stressing the repercussions of their actions.
His tweet reads, “Once I get back to Nigeria on Tuesday, I will transfer all my money from GTB to another bank and close the account. Both in my Naira and Domiciliary accounts”.
“There must be consequence for bad behavior. And we will still sue the bank for the role they played in the arrest & inhumane treatment of VDM and his friend, C-Park”.
