South African fans are in for a major musical treat as UK rap sensation Central Cee has been confirmed as a Day 1 headliner for the Hey Neighbour Festival 2025.

The exciting news was revealed via the festival’s official social media pages, sparking widespread hype among hip-hop lovers.

“Get ready to go Band4Band with your Day 1 headliner @centralcee… August 30th can’t come soon enough,” the announcement read.

Central Cee is set to perform on August 30 at Legends Adventure Farm, Pretoria, marking his first-ever performance in South Africa. Known for global hits like “Doja” and “Sprinter,” his inclusion has electrified the festival’s buzz.

A Star-Studded Lineup

Joining Central Cee is Leon Thomas, the multi-talented singer, songwriter, actor, and producer, adding a soulful layer to the weekend’s lineup.

Meanwhile, global superstar Doja Cat is locked in to headline Day 2 on August 31, in what will be her debut performance in South Africa. The festival teased her reveal with the line:

“Let the cat out of the bag… Please welcome the breathtaking @dojacat!”
