Kanye West has issued a fiery response to the amended lawsuit filed by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has accused the rapper of sexual battery, assault, and false imprisonment.
In a statement to Page Six, a Yeezy spokesperson dismissed the latest complaint, calling it the “fourth version” of Pisciotta’s legal narrative and claiming each iteration becomes “more absurd and outlandish” than the last.
“Does Ms. Pisciotta actually believe her confabulations? We cannot know,” the spokesperson said. “But this breathless new instalment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony.”
The statement went further, saying:
“The Courts are no place to indulge delusions and mental disturbances. We stand ready to annihilate Ms. Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury — an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”
In swift rebuttal, Pisciotta’s attorney Lisa Bloom fired back in comments to the Daily Mail, accusing Kanye West’s team of deflecting from his own alleged admissions.
“While Kanye West’s publicist has come up with a slickly worded (and outrageously false and defamatory) attack on Ms. Pisciotta, Kanye himself has publicly admitted much of what she’s claiming,” Bloom stated.
“Kanye’s publicist is deafeningly silent on Kanye’s own admissions, which will destroy him in court. We look forward to seeing him there, where he cannot hide behind a high-priced spin team.”
The legal battle continues to intensify, drawing sharp public scrutiny and setting the stage for what may become a high-profile courtroom clash.
