Final Journey to Daura

Vice President Kashim Shettima and Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila have traveled to London to coordinate and escort the remains of the late president back to Nigeria.

According to presidential aide Bashir Ahmad, Muhammadu Buhari will be laid to rest in his hometown of Daura, Katsina State, by Islamic funeral rites.
