Niger Republic Bars Nigerians with ECOWAS Passports, Enforces New Entry Restrictions

The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has announced a review of standard passport application fees, with the new rates set to take effect from September 1, 2025.

The announcement was made on Thursday, August 28, 2025, by the Service Public Relations Officer, ACI AS Akinlabi.
