Content creator Peller has thrown jabs at followers of popular relationship and financial advisor Geh Geh, accusing them of funding his luxurious lifestyle while lacking the very comforts they help him acquire.
This comes shortly after Geh Geh proudly unveiled his brand-new red Mercedes-Benz, a purchase that quickly made rounds online. The self-proclaimed advisor attributed his success to the steady flow of financial support and gifts from TikTok, which he receives from his loyal fans.
Reacting in a viral video, Peller mocked Geh Geh’s supporters, questioning why they spend lavishly on him when most of them do not even own cars themselves.
“Geh Geh don buy car now. Where those students wey dey gift am lion for that TikTok? Where them dey? If una no get car… one guy wey gift am big lion, hope say you get car?” he said.
Peller also pointed out how TikTok gifts like the virtual lion, which cost thousands of naira, are being sent to Geh Geh, while the senders continue to struggle financially.
His remarks have since sparked heated online debates. While some defended Geh Geh’s right to enjoy the fruits of his influence, others agreed with Peller, arguing that many young Nigerians are funding influencers at the expense of their own growth.
