Turkish giants Trabzonspor have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Andre Onana from Manchester United on a season-long loan deal.
Onana’s exit comes after he lost his starting role at Old Trafford, with Turkish international Altay Bayindir preferred in United’s opening three Premier League games against Arsenal, Fulham, and Burnley — though he is yet to keep a clean sheet.
Meanwhile, United wrapped up an £18.2m Deadline Day signing of Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp as part of their goalkeeping reshuffle.
Onana, who joined United from Inter Milan in July 2023 for £47.2m, has made just one appearance this season — the Carabao Cup defeat to League Two side Grimsby Town, which ended in a penalty shootout loss.
