Taylor Swift Secures Five-Year Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Pop superstar Taylor Swift has been granted a five-year restraining order against 45-year-old Brian Jason Wagner, who is accused of stalking her and falsely claiming she had given birth to his child.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Wagner must stay at least 100 yards away from the singer and is prohibited from contacting her in any form — whether in person, online, or by mail. He is also barred from approaching her Los Angeles home, workplace, or vehicles.

The order further restricts Wagner from owning firearms, ammunition, or body armour for the next five years. Any items already in his possession must be surrendered to law enforcement. Wagner, reportedly from Colorado, did not appear during the court hearing.

Taylor Swift had previously secured a temporary restraining order against Wagner in June after accusing him of repeatedly showing up at her residence, sending threatening messages, diverting her mail, and even changing his driver’s license address to her home.

In a separate twist, reports reveal that a man attempting to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers on behalf of actor Justin Baldoni’s legal team was recently arrested for trespassing at her fiancé Travis Kelce’s home.

The individual, identified as Justin Lee Fisher, a former police officer turned private investigator, was caught inside Kelce’s gated Kansas property at around 2 a.m. on September 15. He was arrested after a federal judge rejected Baldoni’s deposition request in his ongoing defamation and harassment lawsuit involving actress Blake Lively.
