Blogger Milagro Gramz to Represent Herself in Appeal of Megan Thee Stallion Defamation Case

Blogger Milagro Gramz is set to represent herself in the appeal of Megan Thee Stallion’s defamation lawsuit after her legal team withdrew from the case.

Court filings show that Gramz has elected to proceed pro se, meaning she will handle the appeal on her own while facing the rapper’s legal team.

The original verdict, delivered in 2025, resulted in reduced damages totaling $59,000 and the dismissal of the defamation claim against Milagro Gramz. However, the jury found her liable on other claims connected to the promotion of a deepfake video.

Megan Thee Stallion first filed the lawsuit in 2024, accusing Gramz of spreading false statements about her in connection with the 2020 Tory Lanez shooting.

During the trial, jurors were asked to determine whether Milagro Gramz qualified as a media defendant under Florida law. The jury ruled that she did, and further concluded that the rapper failed to meet the legal threshold required to sustain a defamation claim, leading to its dismissal.

With the case now entering the appeals phase, both Megan Thee Stallion and Milagro Gramz are headed back to court, this time with the blogger choosing to argue her case without legal representation.
