Nigerian skit maker and content creator Sydney Talker has revealed that he has been practising celibacy for almost four years.
The comedian disclosed in a video shared on his social media pages on Wednesday, opening up about his decision to abstain from sex and avoid sharing a bed with a woman during the period.
According to Sydney Talker, the journey has been challenging but one he is grateful to have maintained.
“27th of this month will make it four years of celibacy for me. What I am trying to say is I have not slept on the same bed with a woman for the past four years. It has not been easy but I thank God.”
He added that he hopes to continue with the commitment for as long as possible, although he did not reveal what inspired his decision to embrace celibacy.
