Burna Wins the Grammy or Not! He should be Respected! He's the first Afrobeat hip hop artist from Nigeria that was nominated because of his work(African Giant), not because of a feature/help from a Foreign artist!#GRAMMYs

You never expected it to be easy for Burna Boy, did you? Angelique Kidjo was not just a contender but a legend. She’s also got #GRAMMYs to her name. Femi Kuti was nominated four times during his days but won none. Let’s just hope Burna gets more nominations and a win someday.

Burna Boy was not cheated. Angelique Kidjo is a legend in music & Africa as a whole. The 62nd Grammy is Burma’s first nomination, but Kidjo’s 10th… Burna is one of our own but let’s give respect to whoever deserves it.

I'm really happy Burna lost the Grammy to Angelique Kidjo, cos if he had won, even God can testify Wizkid would have been on the trend table right now cos of some MOFOs on this App. Now that he lost, we can breath.
If you do any preaching for me here, OGUN kiss you.#GRAMMYs

Burna Boy's nomination got the whole nation pumped unlike the previous nominees we've had. Well its painful he lost. Though I foresaw it the moment I saw mama Angelique K there. Well we move. Before 2-3years time, Grammy will land here. We getting it soon.
