Stefflon Don choose Burna Boy as her Grammy winner despite losing to Angelique Kidjo

British singer and rapper, Stefflon Don has stand by her boyfriend, Burna Boy despite losing the Grammy award to Angelique Kidjo.

Recall that Angelique Kidjo broke the heart of many Nigerians when she won the ‘World Music Album’ category at the Grammy Award show ahead of Burna Boy whom a lot of Nigerians were rooting for.

However, Stefflon Don who seems not concerned about the result of the show took to her Instastories to note that Burna Boy still remains her winner.

Burna Boy’s loss at the Grammy Award  means he has joined the list of some notable artiste in Nigeria to have made the trip to the award show without winning.

Legendary musicians like King Sunny Ade, Femi Kuti, Seun Kuti and Egypt 80, and Babatunde Olatunji have also been nominated for the prestigious award in the past.

Stefflon Don and Burna Boy recently celebrated their first year anniversary together and will be hoping to stand by each other for a long time.
