Award winning afropop singer, Adekunle Gold has shared his opinion on some parenting strategy used by African parents.
With African parents known for giving boys some different treatment because of
their gender, Adekunle Gold believes such habit should be curbed.
The ‘Young Love’ crooner took to his Twitter account to speak out against mothers who are in the habit of saying such statement.
According to Adekunle Gold any parents found saying that ”Boys will be boys” is doing nothing but building a lazy parenting strategy.
He posted:
Adekunle Gold have been consistent in using the social media platform to speak
out against any issues that affect the citizen of the country.
Staying with gist on Twitter, veteran singer
Solid Star has lamented that the indigenes
of Delta state, his home state, do not show support to entertainers from the state like
the other tribes.
Solis Star whose real name is Joshua Iniyezo, noted via a post on his Twitter
handle that the Delta indigene fail to support them like the Igbos and Yorubas
support entertainers from their region.
He wrote:
It’s a shame that Deltans have no regard nor respect for their entertainers like the Igbos x Yoruba’s #Nolove,, should be the reason why we don’t come home! Respect and support ur exports!.”
