Popular Nigerian businessman and Instagram socialite, Ismail Mustapha, popularly known as Mompha have been said to receive his seized properties back from EFCC after a long while.
The Instagram celebrity who is known for his luxury lifestyle was arrested some time back by the EFCC and charged to court on allegations of fraud which did not stick.
A Federal High Court has ordered that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), return all properties seized from Mr Ismail Mustapha.
This development is based on the fact according to the court that no investigations are been carried out on the specified properties listed for release, therefore no further need of holding onto the properties but retutning them to the owner.
