Davido’s record label DMW has been dragged into another dramatic scene in the entertainment industry as his latest signing Liya was spotted amongst those arrested for violating Covid-19 protocol.

The second wave of Coronavirus has forced Lagos State Government into ordering all

night clubs in the state to shut down their premises until further notice.

Some prominent nightclubs in the states have already been shut down by the task force after

they failed to comply with the directives given by the State Government.

It wasn’t surprising when some night club in the Surulere and Victoria Island axis of the state

were raided by police officers and task force on Friday night January 8 and Saturday, January 9.

237 club-goers were arrested and paraded by the Lagos state police command as they were charged to court for defying the rules.

However, Liya who recently joined Davido’s record label was spotted amongst those that were arrested by the police.

Pictures of the beautiful screen diva being paraded amongst the club-goers have gone viral

on social media and it remains unclear why she had visited the club.

Davido is known for enforcing orderliness in his crew and it’s left to see what he would do to Liya if she’s found guilty of the offense.
