MParis Saint-Germain (PSG) has officially appointed former Tottenham Hotspur coach, Mauricio Pochettino as their manager.
Tuchel leaves the Parc des Princes after two-and-a-half years in charge.
The former Borussia Dortmund boss was shown the exit door after his failure to win against
Strasbourg on Wednesday night as they fall to third on the table with just just one point off
the top spot currently held by Lyon.
Meanwhile, Mauricio Pochettino spent two years as a player with the French Champion
and has been tipped as the new manager that will be tasked with steadying the ship.
Thomas Tuchel won six trophies with Les Parisiens, including back-to-back Ligue 1 crowns
and led Paris Saint-Germain to the UEFA Champions League final last season where they lost to Bayern Munich.
