DJ Cuppy’s lawyers write Davido’s aide, Isreal Afeare, demand an apology from him over his claim that Zlatan Ibile didn’t make any money from their song, Gelato.
Cuppy has began legal proceedings against Israel over the comment he posted on Instagram a while back alleging that Zlatan didn’t make a dime from his collaboration with Cuppy.
Israel made the allegation after Cuppy went on Twitter to reveal that Zlatan has blocked her on all platforms for over 10 months.
Israel DMW went on Instagram to give what appeared to be the scopp for the Frosty relationship between Cuppy and Zlatan.
Cuppy isn’t taking the allegation lying low.
She got her lawyers to write to him, demanding a letter of apology and withdrawal of his statement that will be shared publicly.
She is also demanding a letter of undertaking to cease and desist from publishing these allegations or similar allegations.
The letter adds that he will compensate her.
The letter stated that further actions will be taking against him if he fails to respond to the demands within five days of receiving the letter.
