Talented singer and songwriter Timaya has taken to social media to call out clergymen in the country who owns private jets as he asks why they would own one while their Church lack standards.
Just like relationship talks have become one of the most trending topics on social media, religion in Nigeria has also been discussed on many occasions by those who dim it fit to speak about it.
Some Nigerians have been skeptical about the numbers of churches that keep increasing daily while some have been giving reasons why schools should be built rather than churches.
Though some top clergymen have been consistent in addressing such issues whenever it’s raised, some citizens believe they are doing so because of the luxuries involved in having a good church.
Timaya has now become the latest personalities to speak out his mind concerning pastors and the rate at which they own private jets that convey them.
The multiple award-winning singer and songwriter some hours took to his official Twitter account to ask why a pastor would own a private jet while their church is looking off standard.
According to Timaya, something is not looking right if such is happening in a church before asking his fans who is lying.
