Nollywood actress and new mum Actress, Halima Abubakar recently took to her social media pages, as she advised her followers to stop listening to motivational speakers.
According to the Kannywood actress, she revealed its better to avoid motivation speaker, while also noting her fans should them for the sake of their mental health.
Halima also pointed out that if anyone decides to listen to a motivational speaker, it then mean they really want to run mad.
In August 2020, Halima Abubakar voiced her candid opinion on rape and how offenders should be dealt with so as to avoid further occurrence.
Rape has become a major issue in Nigeria as new cases are being reported.
On a daily basis, some victims are being killed after the torrid event while some are left to fight with the trauma for the rest of their life.
As Government and citizens continue to ponder on the punishment that should be given to anyone found guilty of the offence, Halima Abubakar has insisted that castration is the best solution.
According to Halima Abubakar who recently welcomed her first child, the more citizens fight against rape, the evil act keep rising and that shows it’s high time people start protesting themselves.
