Fireboy completed his primary and secondary education in Abeokuta, Ogun State, South-Western Nigeria. After completing his secondary education in Abeokuta, he proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he studied the English language.

Music Career

While studying at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, he started manifesting his love for music and he became widely known in the school for his songwriting skills.

Fireboy revealed, that his parents wanted him to graduate with First Class from the University, but his love for music became so deep as he approached his final year at the university.

After years of writing music for other artists, he took it upon himself to begin to write songs for himself and record them.
