Nigerian current incumbent Senate President, Ahmed Lawan according to the latest reports secretly got married to a new wife in Borno State.
According to Sahara Reporters, The private wedding took place at the Sheikh Sharif Ibrahim Saleh’s mosque in Maiduguri on Friday in order to avoid criticism from the public.
The Senate President reportedly did not attend the Nikaah, but he sent a delegation to go and get it done.
“The ceremony was done secretly. The Senate President didn’t attend the Nikaah, but he sent a delegation to go and get it done.
“But the bride did her ceremony at their house in Gwange 1 Ward, Malut Shuwa Street, Maiduguri,” a source told SaharaReporters.
