Fast-rising Nigerian singer and songwriter, Oxlade has reacted to the comparison between him and veteran singer Wande Coal by fans on and off social media.
Oxlade has grown to become one of the most sorts after talent in the music industry ever since he came on board as he has got fans on their toes with his magical voice.
However, some fans have been comparing him with Wande Coal as many believe he has the potential to dethrone the multiple award-winning singer and songwriter.
With some fans still raising the issue on social media, Oxlade during an interview at a radio show has now shed light on what he feels about the argument.
Speaking on the radio show, Oxlade insisted that the comparison between him and Wande Coal is nothing but arrant nonsense.
According to the young talented singer, Wande Coal is the main reason he is singing in the music industry.
Oxlade noted that Wande Coal has become a source of inspiration for you g talented artists in the music industry and it will be a dent in his name if he’s being compared to him.
