Legendary singer and songwriter, King Sunny Ade has lost one of his wives, Hon. Risikat Adejoke Adegeye, to the cold hands of death.
A former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Amuwo Odofin Constituency 1, and former commissioner, Hon. Risikat Adejoke Adegeye, was declared dead in the early hours of Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
Details of late Adegeye’s death are still sketchy as of the time of filing in this report.
The cause of her death is still unknown but will be updated as soon as reports come in.
Adejoke is survived by her husband and six male children.
Her death is coming just hours before King Sunny Ade’s 74th birthday. The legendary juju singer is set to clock 74 tomorrow September 22.
