Popular Ghanaian actress, Akuapem has been sent back to jail over the controversial photoshoot she did with her son.
A high court in Accra Ghana has dismissed the appeal filed by the actress, challenging her 90 days custodial sentence.
Recalling earlier that the actress was arrested, arraigned, and sentenced to 90 days imprisonment by an Accra circuit court, over the publication of obscene material.
Though she served a period of her term, her lawyers went ahead to appeal the sentence considering it too harsh.
Well, she was granted a bail of 80,000 Ghanaian cedis pending the outcome of her appeal.
The court has ordered that her son be taken care of and given to any competent person in the family that can watch over him, while his mother, Akuapem finishes her sentence at the Nsawam Prison.
