French winger and player, Ousmane Dembélé has been dropped by FC Barcelona from the team’s list ahead of the Copa Dey Rey match tomorrow. this is coming as a result of an ultimatum given to the player and his agent to either sign a deal today or the player leaves the team for the stands.
Earlier today, during the press conference ahead of tomorrow’s match, Xavi was asked about the situation with the winger and he said: “Dembélé tells me that he wants to renew, that he wants to continue… I have been very clear: either he renews or a way out must be found because, in the end, we have to decide as a club, in the interest of the club.”
Another player whose future looks blick at the moment is Mingueza, who has a loan offer on the table from Valencia and he appreciates it given the fact that he’s not having a lot of game time under Xavi.
