A strange video was seen this early morning where a mentally unstable man was rendering help to a commercial bus.
The man who was looking unkempt and raggedy like a mentally ill person would, was shockingly helping a motorist push push his bus.
Witnesses deemed it content worthy and posted the video on the internet.
