Actress Yvonne Nelson has waded into the online discussion touched off by the death of a Port Harcourt big girl after plastic surgery.
The Ghanaian actress in her tweet said surgeries will not keep a man, nor will it break instability issues.
Yvonne who stated that no one is born perfect, further phrased that surgeries aren’t worth it.

Woman, know this, no one was born/ created perfect. It may be hard, but work on your mental health / love your self. Pls. Surgeries won’t keep that man, neither will it solve your insecurities. If its for business💰,errm ok.i can assure you, it ain’t worth it
