The Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbanjo was earlier reported to be involved in a Car Accident along the Airport Road, in Abuja this morning.
The PeoplesGazette had reported that Osinbajo’s security aides and rescuers are trying to pull him from the vehicle, Peoples Gazette learned. A witness sent in a video from the scene.

The officially verified Twitter handle of the Presidency of Nigeria has debunked the news as they informed the public that the Vice President was not involved in an accident.
On his way to the airport, en route to Owo, Ondo State on a condolence visit, his convoy stopped to assist the lone victim of a car accident. The victim has been transported to Airforce Base Hospital.

Recall about 3 years ago, Mr Osinbajo survived a chopper crash in Kogi state.
