Peju Johnson was (born November 11) and raised in Ile Ife, a town in Osun state. She is the third of five children in her family.

Peju attended Community Elementary School in Ile-Ife for her primary education before continuing to Kings will College in the same city of Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, for her secondary education.

Peju left Ile-Ife after completing secondary school and moved to Shagamu in Ogun State, where she resided for a few weeks in 2011 before traveling to Egypt to visit her sister.

Peju returned to Nigeria in December 2016 to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a well-known actress after spending roughly five years there while receiving training. On her return, she dared to take full action.

I also don’t mind marrying a politician. But he has to be young though because I really don’t like old men,” she said.
