Vivica A. Fox Reveals the One Role She Regrets Losing — and Who Got Cast Instead

As the ruler of the Lifetime Movie Network, Vivica A. Fox is firmly enthroned! The Keeping Up with the Joneses star was discovered by ET’s Nischelle Turner during the season 2 premiere of the popular television show. Fox the two are the actors of and the producers of the successful Wrong establishment films on LMN, which began as a popular three-part Lifetime restricted series last year.

The storyline centers on Fox’s Robin, the matriarch of a wealthy family, who, together with her four stepdaughters, will fight tenaciously to protect their family and business after they have been compromised.

After the demise of her second spouse Webb (Ted McGinley), Robin stands to acquire a fortune with the assistance of family legal counselor Sheldon’s (Michael Paré) lawful fighting. Carrie’s (Ciarra Carter) magnanimous undertakings have consistently assumed a lower priority in relation to the privately-run company’s, yet presently, with Lance (Adonis Williams) next to her, she intends to grow her job by making the Crystal Water Fund.

In the interim, Kayla (Shellie Sterling) is partaking in the single life until she meets Carter (Sam Schweikert), who she rapidly succumbs to. Tara (Jasmine Aivaliotis) starts an issue with her school teacher, while Pam (Arie Thompson) initiates a relationship with Stephen Napoli (Chris Cleveland) – – the CEO of the development organization constructing the family’s new water office – – who she develops near after somebody vandalizes the structure. Yet, Pam is in for a significantly greater shock when the kid she surrendered for reception quite a while back unexpectedly returns!

“The fundamental objective of Keeping Up With the Joneses was to carry back the times of Dynasty with a tad of nasty squabble, breathtaking ensemble, marvelous designs,” Fox shared. “I partake in this, to be completely forthright with you, since I know the present moment, there’s extremely popular with the unscripted television nasty squabble sort of thing. That doesn’t work for me, yet assuming you believe I should act with the paws emerging, it’s on.”

The Real Housewives of  star Kandi Burruss fills in as the film series’ storyteller.

Fox is thankful to have found a home on the film organization, noticing that she “loves” Lifetime since they “understand their listeners’ perspective.”

“The sisters have [always] upheld me. They will lounge around and get their onesie and hot cocoa and marathon watch Vivica Fox the entire end of the week,” she noted. “In this way, it’s in a real sense transformed into the gift that continues to give. Lifetime was the primary organization to give me my own series some time ago. Furthermore, my relationship with them has very… They’ve transformed me into a movie producer, and I’m extremely thankful.”

With such a productive vocation, there isn’t a lot of that Fox hasn’t done in that frame of mind of acting, creating, and facilitating. “I’m extremely genuine with my representatives and my supervisory crew about jobs that I would rather not do, so they don’t for a moment even methodology me with it,” she told ET.

However, there is one job that Fox got past her – – in spite of the fact that she truly valued the last decision the chiefs went with.

“The main job that I truly needed that I verged on getting was Storm, however they cast Halle Berry, which she worked really hard,” she reviewed. “Thus, I could say that was about the one to focus on, no doubt.”

Sorting out what she does and doesn’t have any desire to do in her vocation is a gift Fox puts forth a valiant effort to present for the more youthful entertainers she works with. “I accept that everything revolves around decisions so that in the event that you realize a job isn’t for you, I pass that exhortation onto youthful entertainers. Make the right decision to you,” she said. “Try not to have an issue being a triple danger. Have the option to sing, dance, and act. In any case, you can feel when an entertainer super isn’t there for a job. As far as I might be concerned, only the camera understands it.”

That is one more explanation Vivica values her relationship with Lifetime and the establishment they’ve constructed together. “Staying aware of the Joneses is about young lady power, where the leader maker, myself, is a [woman],” she said. “You have five astounding featuring women. The storyteller is a woman. In this way, we have young lady power going here.”

Staying aware of the Joneses gets back to the Lifetime Movie Network with four new two-hour films starting July 8.
