Olaiya Igwe, a well-known Yoruba actor, has received a brand-new Mercedes Benz from Musiliu Akinsanya, commonly known as MC Oluomo, the former Lagos State Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).
A video that has gone viral online shows the actor being surprised by MC Oluomo with the automobile.
The former NURTW head pretended to be in a situation when they approached the Benz as they were out for a nighttime stroll.
He put his arms around Olaiya’s shoulder and pushed them towards the car, confused about what happened, the Nollywood star reacted in a panic until he realized what was happening.
After seeing the whip, Olaiya Igwe pulled off the footwear he had on and screamed in excitement before putting his hand on his head in shock.
He then ran to where MC Oluomo had walked to and even prostrated on the floor after he was given the car gift. The actor who was wearing a white overall traditional attire rolled on the ground in appreciation.
