After Don Jazzy revealed Bayanni as his newest signee, Afrobeats musician David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, responded.
News just broke. On Tuesday, August 23, in the evening, news of Bayanni’s signing broke, and congratulations messages poured in.
The inclusion of well-known skit creators Sabinus and Brain Jotter in his introduction video added spice.
Recall Bayanni went viral some years back due to his freestyle using Davido’s hit track ‘Jowo’ sound. *
His freestyle subsequently caught the attention of many and even Davido followed him on the photo-sharing app, Instagram.
However Davido took to his Instagram page to congratulate Bayanni on being signed into one of Nigeria’s best record labels, Mavin Records.
“AMAZING TO SEE @ITSBAYANNI @DONJAZZY!!! CONGRATS,” OBO WROTE.
