“This is very insensitive ma” – Cross lambastes Aisha Buhari for posting daughter-in-law’s graduation in UK despite prolonged ASUU strike

Nigeria’s first lady, Aisha Buhari, is criticized by Big Brother Naija reality star, Cross Okonkwo for a social media post.

Days earlier, there had been a stir when Aisha Buhari celebrated her daughter-in-graduation law’s from a UK university while federal university students were not in class because of the protracted ASUU strike.

Various notable personalities have taken to social media pages to vehemently rebuke the act.



Cross has described Aisha Buhari’s decision to celebrate her daughter-in-law online as insensitive.


The reality TV star out the fact that she’s a mother to the citizens of Nigeria and since students are currently out of school, celebrating her inlaw’s graduation would feel like she’s rubbing it on the faces of Nigerian students.
