According to Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro, his squad will put up a valiant effort to defeat Algeria in today’s friendly match at the Miloud Hadefi Stadium in Oran.
Peseiro highlighted that the Algerian team is of the highest caliber and would have strong home support.
The Super Eagles have lost all three of their most recent contests with the Desert Foxes.
Peseiro will be looking to win in Algeria, and according to him, only a quality performance will give the Super Eagles victory against Djamel Belmadi’s side.
“We trained well, we have been trying to. introduce some new dynamics, some new methods that will be good for our team. The players have adapted well. The players have adapted well both on and off the pitch,” Peseiro told NFF TV.
“We are going to play against a good team, it won’t be easy but we have quality. We will fight hard to beat them,” he added.
