TG Omori, real name, Thank God Omori, was (born June 8, 1995), in Cross River State, Nigeria. After completing his secondary education at Kuramo College, he went on to the Pencil Film Institute in Lagos, where he eventually attained the status of Nigeria’s youngest filmmaker at the age of 18.

Career

TG Omori started on the path to becoming a top-notch video director at a young age. He credits Nigerian veteran filmmaker Tunde Kelani as his inspiration, and over time and with a lot of hard work, he has grown into the person he is today.

TG Omori began his career as a cameraman at the age of 18. The artistic director didn’t plan to go to college. He decides on film school since he thinks it will be one of the easiest ways for him to develop his excitement and creativity.

He claims in one of his interviews that it was the first time he worked with a Red Dragon Camera, one of the best and most expensive cameras available for recording. To make up for his lack of camera expertise, he hired a digicam helper.

After being aired on Soundcity and widely disseminated via the mainstream media, the video went viral.

A buyer in Chicago who wanted a video shoot for his singer sold TG a name in 2015.

He initially requested a value of one million nairas, but he eventually settled on 700,000 nairas. He consented, and filming began on the music video for Minz’s song, “Aunty Patricia.”
