2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup: Nigeria drawn against Australia, Ireland, Canada


On Saturday, the draw for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 was held.

In Group B, Nigeria will face co-hosts Australia, the Republic of Ireland, and Canada.

The Super Falcons will attempt to advance past the group stage for the second year in a row after reaching the second round in France three years ago.

Canada is the most dangerous team in the group, while Australia has a solid squad.

South Africa’s Banyana Banyana will compete in Group G against Sweden, Italy, and Argentina.

The Atlas Lionesses of Morocco will be up against Germany, Korea Republic and Korea Republic in Group H

Zambia are in Group C with Spain, Costa Rica and Japan.
