Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda has revealed that he used to wish that top rapper and singer Olamide Adedeji would sign him to YBNL Nation.
He revealed this in an interview with popular YouTuber Korty on her web series ‘Flow With Korty,’ during which he discussed his struggles in the music industry.
Shmurda said that he came into the limelight with little knowledge about any aspects of the music industry.
He said; “At a point, I wished Olamide signed me cause everything was just rough for me. I (didn’t) know who to really ask, nobody to put me through.”
Bella Shmurda however noted his growth saying; “At least I know somethings now, if I’d known then, I’d be better off”.

Recall that Singer Bella Shmurda has recently reacted to his colleague, Mohbad’s debacle with Naira Marley’s record label.
Recall that Mohbad called out Naira Marley and his record label, Marlian Music, which he’s signed to. He alleged that he was beaten after he told the label’s management that he wants to change his manager.
Naira Marley who responded to the allegation, had claimed that Mohbad has a history of intoxication which affects his behaviour.
Reacting to this, Shmurda stated a record label is meant to be your family and not your enemy. He also asked if it’s possible that Mohbad is always high each time he tries to speak up after being bullied.
