Following a meeting between Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi and Mayor of Dallas, the Nigerian politician was awarded honorary citizenship.
A small group of Texas judges also attended the meeting on Tuesday.
Peter Obi who shared photos from the meeting where he was conferred with an honorary citizenship in Dallas, tweeted;
“Today in Dallas Texas United States, I met with the Mayor of Dallas and his team. I had the privilege of being conferred with the honorary citizenship of Dallas. I also met with a select group of Texas Judges.”
