Sergio Ramos was sent off as Paris Saint-Germain were held to a 0-0 draw by Reims on Saturday.
The Ligue 1 champions were reduced to 10 men for more than half of the game, but they managed a goalless draw at Stade de Reims to extend their unbeaten streak this season.
Ramos was shown a straight red card shortly before halftime as tempers flared, but a reshuffled PSG managed to keep a clean sheet in the absence of the injured Lionel Messi.
It was the 28th red card of Ramos’ career across all competitions, per ESPN Stats & Information.
“I will talk with the players because a lot of games are coming up and we need the maximum number of players,” PSG coach Christophe Galtier said.
“Missing games because of stupid suspensions and stupid bookings, we must fix that.”
PSG have 26 points from 10 games and lead Marseille, who slumped to a 2-1 home defeat by AC Ajaccio, by three points.
Reims are 14th on eight points.
