Mmeli, a South African model and content creator, has been named the season’s first head of house. He won the prestigious title by outperforming everyone else in the first Head of House games.
A day after the season premiere, Biggie led the 20 housemates into the arena for the Head of House games, which would determine the house leader for the first week of the reality show.
Biggie divided the housemates into teams in the arena, with a male and female housemate competing against each other.
The second game was a chance game. The housemates were all asked to roll a die at the same time. The housemate with the highest number would be declared the winner, according to the game’s rules. Lukay and Olivia rolled a 5, while Jenni O rolled a 2, and Mmeli rolled a 6.
He was immediately crowned Head of House and given a badge to denote his new position. With his victory, he gained immunity from the previous week’s nomination as well as exclusive access to the Head of House bedroom with a guest of the opposite gender. He chose Ipeleng to share his privileges.
Meanwhile, Khosi was crowned tail of the house for having the worst performance in the games.
After the games, the housemates had their fist nominations process which signaled the beginning of the game. The housemates will battle against each other for viewers votes across all African countries. The reality show will run for 72 days with a grand prize of $100,000,
