Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, sent a moving message online while sharing photos of his modest beginnings.
The Ife monarch rocked his Instagram page with photographs of himself before he became the country’s ruler.
Ooni, who shared the photographs on his verified page, advised his supporters to put their minds on breaking down obstacles, just like he did before arriving to the throne of Ife.
He also talked about his most recent project, which was completed in 2012 and involved one of the most compact and functional estates in Lagos state.
He wrote, “Permit your mind to break barriers, and YOU will. Before I was bestowed the honour of ascending the throne of my forebears, I enjoyed pushing the limits of my imagination and turning impossibilities into realities.
“What a beautiful flashback reminsicing on one of the most compact and functional estates in Lagos. North-pointe built circa 2012, my last project before the throne.
“Your mind is a compelling catalyst that can inspire possibilities. There are no limitations for a resolute, compact and functional mind.”
