Popular Nigerian musician, actor, politician, and preacher Olubankole Wellington, well known by his stage name Banky W, has been accused of cheating on his actress wife Adesua Etomi.
Fans of the famous couple are in shock and amazement over the now-viral news, which has left them torn.
The rumor got its start when popular gossip website Gistlovers hinted on its page about a particular “singer and politician who is light-skinned” and “impregnating his side chic.”
According to the blog, the widely adored man had an affair with the woman before getting married, and it continued after. The singer’s side chic allegedly had two pregnancies terminated and refused to have the third one done, which baffled the man.
Netizens claimed that the individual in question is Banky W on the blog’s comment section and on the microblogging site Twitter. Others assert that Niyola is the side chic. Only two hours after the article was created, Banky W is currently the most popular Twitter trend.
Unfortunately, this is not the first scandal that Banky W has been involved in. In 2020, the singer allegedly had an affair with actor Gabriel Afolayan’s wife, Banke, which caused the latter’s marriage to allegedly crumble.
The lavish fashion in which Banky W and Adesua Etomi wed in 2017 was inspired by their roles as a couple in the film Wedding Party.
