Early Life
Sandra Ababio (born September 21, 1986). She was born in Ghana’s capital, Accra. Her parents raised her and her siblings in Taifa, an Accra suburb. Sandra is the second of eight children and a resident of Atwima Kwanwoma in Ghana’s Ashanti Region.
Sandra’s parents are Auntie Mercy and Mr Ababio. Madam Mercy is from Atwima Kwanwoma, and Mr Ababio is from Dabaa, both in Ghana’s Ashanti Region. Sandra has eight siblings (two boys and six girls). They are, however, currently separated.
Education
Ababio graduated from Taifa Community School and went to Assin Manso Senior High School for secondary schooling.
She earned a DBS Certificate and attended the Ghana Institute of Journalism to study TV and radio presenting as well as Broadcast Journalism. She also attended the University of Ghana, Legon, where she studied Business Administration.
Career
Sandra Ababio began her career as a radio host. After graduating from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), she worked as a presenter at X FM in Osu, Accra, for a few years before deciding to pursue a career in acting.
In 2013, the Kumawood actress Sandra Ababio began acting in Nigeria’s Nollywood film industry. Her debut picture, “Kingdom Desperados,” was produced by Onye Best Productions.

Following her role in Kingdom Desperados, she acted in additional films produced by Onye Best Production and collaborated with other Nigerian film projects.
Sandra Ababio moved from Nollywood to Ghana’s Ghallywood film business. After a few months, she met Deloris Frimpong, aka Delay, and included her in her local series “Afia Schwarzenegger.”
Following that, Ababio entered the Kumawood film industry with the assistance of Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah. She is a Kumawood actress who has been in several Kumawood films.
She also operates a foundation named ‘The Sandra Ababio Foundation’. She also owns the foundation, which is a non-governmental organization. Her charity’s other purpose is to reduce drug misuse in society.
Sandra, on the other hand, has appeared in over 30 Kumawood films.
