Sandra Ababio has debunked rumours of a romance between herself and actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin, admitting that she originally turned down his approaches.
On Saturday, Ababio appeared on United Showbiz alongside Lilwin, who was also a guest on the action-packed show.
Sandra was asked the important question, “Have you and Lilwin ever had a relationship?” because rumor has it they have.
Sandra was unable to respond to the question, so she focused on Lilwin’s involvement in getting her into Kumawood.
She alleges that despite her lack of interest, Lilwin effectively pushed her to join Kumawood. She claimed that he continuously begged her to join the industry, but she refused until she finally caved.
Ababio added that despite being Ashanti, she was born and raised in Accra and knew virtually no one in Kumasi; consequently, Lilwin became her point of contact in everything she did, prompting rumors!
