Ancelotti confirmed as Brazil next manager

BREAKING: Carlo Ancelotti has been appointed Real Madrid manager for the second time

Carlo Ancelotti will depart Real Madrid to lead Brazil at the Copa America in the USA the following summer.

Ednaldo Rodrigues, head of the Brazilian Football Confederation, reaffirmed this.

This was disclosed by Rodrigues as he named Fernando Diniz, the manager of Fluminense, as the team’s interim coach for the upcoming season.

He said:

“His (Diniz) game plan is almost similar to that of the coach that will take over at Copa America, Ancelotti.

“We don’t call him an interim coach of the national team. He will come and make the transition in Brazil for Ancelotti.”

While at Real Madrid, Ancelotti coached some of the Brazil team’s players, notably Rodrygo Goes, Vinicius Junior, and Eder Militao.
