Diane Russet, Big Brother Naija star, actress, and filmmaker, has shared a near-death experience.
Diane explained on Hip TV’s Trending show, hosted by Kim Oprah, how she misplaced the file for one of her film projects and had to reshoot, nearly forcing her to give up filmmaking.
Diane claimed that the incident cost her a lot of money, and she decided to leave the film profession, adding, “This is my last production.” “I’m done.”
Her industry pals, on the other hand, urged her to keep going, even when she felt like quitting up.
Diane also stated that she initially believed she needed to go film school to understand the fundamentals of filmmaking.
Her industry friends, on the other hand, assured her that she could learn on the job. Diane is still on the job studying and hopes to attend film school in the future.
At the 2023 African Magic Viewers Choice Awards, Diane’s ‘Ricordi’ won Best Original Drama Series.
Many have applauded her resilience and ambition to succeed as a filmmaker.
Social media users reacted strongly to her announcement, with many encouraging her to keep working hard to attain her hopes and goals in life.
