David De Gea got married less than 24 hours after being released by Man United and a couple of former Reds teammates were in attendance for the celebrations.
Former Manchester United duo Ander Herrera and Juan Mata were both in Menorca over the weekend to celebrate David De Gea’s wedding.
The 32-year-old wedded long-term partner Edurne on Saturday, less than 24 hours after his United contract expired and he became a free agent.
Talks had been ongoing for several weeks but a failure to reach an agreement led to his release on Friday.
After featuring in United’s final game of the season, an FA Cup final defeat against Manchester City, De Gea continued negotiations before leaving for his wedding.
