Vinicius Junior and his girlfriend, Virginia, have reportedly ended their relationship.
The news surfaced after Virginia shared an emotional statement reflecting on their time together and explaining why they decided to go their separate ways.
In the message posted online, she said she chose to fully experience the relationship without fear or emotional barriers while it lasted.
“I’ll always allow myself to live. Living something real, without fear, without calculations and without stopping who I am,” she wrote.
Virginia added that she devoted herself completely to the relationship, just as she does with other important aspects of her life.
She explained that maturity and self-respect influenced the decision to walk away once things no longer felt right.
“Throughout my life, I’ve learned never to negotiate what, in my opinion, is non negotiable,” she stated.
“So when something doesn’t make sense, I’d rather have the maturity to close with affection than remain for it.”
Despite the separation, she expressed affection and support for the Real Madrid star, wishing him happiness and success.
“I cheer a lot for Vinícius’ happiness and success, and all of that with lots of affection,” she added.
Virginia also appealed to the public to respect their privacy and allow both parties to move on peacefully.
